This project included the provision of a 2,400-Gallon-Per-Minute hydrant fueling system and connection to twelve new hydrant pits. The system included new hydrant fuel pits and a pumphouse, as well as stainless steel tie-in distribution piping to the fueling pits. The project also included two 10,000-barrel storage tanks with concrete containment berms and basins. The project required relocation of twelve existing hydrant fueling outlet pits, with five to be on the new loop as part of the twelve new pits, and seven to remain on the existing loop, consisting of 9,000 linear feet stainless steel piping.
