This project removes the F3S feeder line from WPP 621 to WPP 638 and installs a new underground power line for the F3S feeder, including pad-mounted equipment, conduit, conductors, required accessories, and support and fittings needed to complete this project.The project also includes miscellaneous civil and structural work.
