This project provided fueling and defueling capability at three bomber aircraft parking positions via hydrant hose trucks (HHTs). Additionally, fueling capability for 25 revetment positions for fighter aircraft were provided via hose end pantographs with non-lubricated swivel joints. The project included a fuel transfer line, a hydrant loop, a new 3,775-square-foot, 3,000-GPM pumphouse, two 10,000-barrel tanks, and an 1,800-square foot canopy cover for two truck fill stations. The project also included over 20,000 linear feet of carbon steel piping and PCC paving of 64,500 square feet.
