SCOTT R. VICTOR

President & COO

Scott has been employed by Nova Group since 1984, serving in multiple capacities including Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Vice President of Operations prior to his advancement to President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2011. In this current role, Scott has responsibility for all of Nova’s worldwide operations, including the in-house engineering department and AISC-certified fabrication facility. Although Scott’s experience includes Nova’s full project portfolio, his specialty expertise in the construction of military hydrant fueling systems is unparalleled in the industry.

WALTER M. BIRDSALL

Vice President, Administration and Finance

Walt has been employed by Nova Group since 2005 and involved in the construction industry since 1984. Walt has responsibility for all accounting, finance and administrative operations at Nova.  His expertise includes financial reporting, banking relations, treasury management, risk management, and information systems. Walt holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with an Accounting emphasis from Santa Clara University.

DEE FEDRICK

Vice President, Preconstruction Services

Dee has been employed by Nova since 2011 but has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years serving in multiple capacities including Estimating and Project Management. Dee was previously division manager for a large civil contractor prior to joining Nova. He oversees the business development and estimating team in the preconstruction phase from identification of market trends and opportunities through the estimating process and project award. Dee holds a B.A. in Business Management from Chico State.

WALT SCHWARTZ, PE

Vice President, Pacific Northwest Operations

Walt has been employed by Nova for 15 years but has worked in the construction industry for nearly 40 years, including over 30 years in project management. Walt oversees Nova’s regional office in Port Orchard, WA, including estimating and project management for all Nova projects in the Pacific Northwest.  Walt’s expertise encompasses all major Nova markets – fuel, waterfront and electrical work. He holds both a B.S. and in M.S. in Civil Engineering from the UC-Berkeley and has a P.E. license in Civil Engineering.

THIEL HARRYMAN, PE

Vice President of Operations

Thiel Harryman has been employed by Nova Group since 2013 and working in the construction industry since 1999.  Thiel assumed the Operations Management role for Nova Group in 2017. Thiel oversees all project execution located outside of the Pacific Northwest.   His expertise includes engineering and management of aviation fueling, heavy construction, and industrial process systems for a variety of petroleum products, as well as utilities including water, air, steam, carbon-dioxide, glycol, and ammonia.  Thiel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC-Santa Barbara and has a P.E. license in Mechanical Engineering.
