Who we are
Nova Group, Inc. primarily provides infrastructure construction services to federal government agencies throughout the United States as well as internationally. Our sample project portfolio stretches from the United States, where we have completed projects in 34 states, to international locations in Australia, Canada, Diego Garcia, Qatar, Japan, Israel, and the U.S. territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Geographic Operations
The geographic diversity of our operations testifies to our unique marketplace niches. We have installed hydrant fueling systems for the Air Force and National Guard on air bases (under contract with either the Naval Facilities Engineering Command or the Corps of Engineers), and have constructed wharves and piers for the Navy and Coast Guard. We have also found civilian applications for our expertise, participating in commercial airport, energy, and waterfront projects at various times.

With the current DoD trend toward larger and more complex projects in our niche markets, joint venture participation will continue to be a desirable option in the years ahead.
Nova participates in several project delivery systems including design/build and design/bid/build as well as various procurement methodologies such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (IFB) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
