The design-build project includes replacement of two 3,000 amp, 450V main breaker protective relays in the Building 7176 shore power switchgear with two new microprocessor-type transformer differential protection relays. The work additionally includes a Power Coordination Study, SCADA points 24 strand fiber optic conductor and cables between B7176 and B7191, NETA acceptance tests and program relays, current transformers, fiber, converters, and wiring, and performance magnitude and phase angle measurements of CT current inputs to the protective relays.
