This is a design-build contract that includes replacement of the existing control systems for the Pumpwell 6 drainage pumps at Drydock 6 and incidental related work. The new drainage pump control system will be a new Industrial Control System (ICS) with local monitoring and control at the Pumpwell 6 site. This independent system will be connected to the existing Ethernet-based communication network managed by the base, which will require interconnection and expansion of the existing infrastructure.
