The project at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is located at Building 191 (B191) which is also referred to as the High Explosives Application Facility (HEAF). The scope of work is to convert an existing approximately 2,200 square foot atrium (or uncovered courtyard) into a blast resistant, explosive test and material storage area, and remediate known accessibility issues.
