This project included repairs to both the pier superstructure and the pier deck.  Superstructure repairs included reinforced concrete decking, beams, and pile caps. Repairs to the existing pier deck included deck slab, under deck slab soffit, concrete beams, bent pile caps, and piles.  A significant portion of repair work was performed underneath the pier.
