The work included structural, electrical, and piping modifications and incidental related work. Upgrades were provided at the Marginal Wharf to comply with the latest version of NAVSEA 8010 for the Temporary Fire Main System, and to improve personnel safety with the addition of removable safety rails. The project also restored/expanded electrical capacity at the South Marginal Wharf, modified the structure as needed, and supported the addition of a second brow provided by the Government. The project also completed electrical repairs at Delta Pier.
