This design-build project replaced two 2300V drain pump motors at Pumpwell S-17 in Drydock 1. The work included removal of the existing 100HP/2300V drain pump motors and replacement with 100HP/480V drain pump motors and removal and replacement of associated conduit and wiring.  A new 600 kW diesel generator, Automatic Transfer Switch, distribution panel, three new transformers, and a motor control Center were also installed, including all conduit and wiring.
