The project consisted of the construction of two 5,000-barrel operating tanks, a fuel transfer facility, a fuel analysis laboratory, an 11,000-linear-foot fuel transfer line, and all associated piping, foundations, and other appurtenances. The project included a 2,400-GPM pump house with an adjoining Petroleum Oil Lubricants (POL) operations area that include a laboratory, two standard truck offloads, two truck fill stands, associated parking for R-11s and GOVs, and other appurtenances.
