The purpose of this design-build project is to provide for the demolition and replacement of the existing secondary containment basins for the jet-fuel storage Tanks 701 and 702 at NAF El Centro. This project is being phased to ensure that one of the tanks, containment, and associated fuel delivery systems are in service at all times.
