The project included the replacement of finger piers 1 through 7 and the access pier between them.  All existing piles, pile caps, and beams parallel with the sheet pile were retained.  Demolition work included pier deck and beams, fender system, removal of marine specialties, and removal of miscellaneous obstructions.  Wharf repair work included a new concrete slab and reinforcing steel replacement.  Spall and crack repair work were also performed.  A new prefabricated fender system, cleats, and struts were also provided.
