This project constructed a new fuel transfer pipeline and upgraded an existing fuel transfer pipeline from Sasa Valley Fuel Farm to Andersen Air Force Base on Guam. Work included upgrading a pumphouse, providing new fuel pumps, providing a new generator building with emergency generators, new filter separators, piping modifications, and upgrades to the electrical system, along with cathodic protection. Nova also provided operations and maintenance support information, demolished existing piping components, and mitigated construction impacts on archaeological sites along the pipeline route. Work was performed across multiple areas on Guam.
