This project, a joint venture with our sister Quanta company Summit Line, consists of the construction of 59 miles of 230-kV double-circuit transmission line, as well as construction of 5 miles of 230-kV single- circuit transmission line. The project is also removing 58 miles of single-circuit 115-kV transmission line. Fiber optic installation is also included, with optical overhead ground wire (OPGW), fiber splicing, and all associated fiber equipment
