This includes new construction and the refurbishment of wharves, piers, drydocks, and their support facilities. These projects include the construction or repair of concrete decks, as well as building or upgrading electricity, steam, fresh water, wastewater, communications, and other utility systems, construction of support buildings, pile driving, and installing fender and mooring systems, along with dredging.
